| Tux Session 1 |

The reason it's tux session 1 is because I will have to wear the same tux again on Saturday and the following Monday for Tommy Tunes. I will make this entry shorter than I had expected because whenever I stare at my keyboard the whole world seems to rotate 10 degrees to the left. I'll just post some pics and leave the emoness of visiting an old home til tomorrow (3 hours of sleep since thursday, wahoo!). Flight up there was delayed from an 8:00 takeoff untill 11:15. Prom was fun, about 7 people did actual double takes ("Theres Sarah, and Michael, and Andrew, and Lau.....WHAT?!?") Didn't like the music though, it was the bass of rap music as in music was played with 9 out of every 10 speakers devoted to bass. But there were chocolate fountains which was cool. I didn't dance to much because it basically looked like the Temple scene from "Matrix Reloaded" ie, a massive orgy (at one point I thought the Korstjen twins were sharing a girl). We were even taking bets on what was happening in there (top bet was 13 pregnancies, 21 people with new STDs, 1 overdose, and 4 analy violated jocks). People recognizing me wasn't the hard part it was me to them that was. Half the people I said hi to I had to give a really big hug to and look over to Sarah Block (my date) to ask what there name was. So it was fun, expect more wordiness tomorrow.

We watched a movie and played 5 solid hours of pop culture trivia after the Prom....and now I'm paying for it, the whole world is spinning and my leg is twitching. Sleep very soon.

For those of you that I tried to call earlier (Kellen, Michael, Gonzalo, Jordan) don't worry about it. For some reason Lauren Bielski's scholarship letter came to my address. I was trying to get a hold of her thru you guys to tell her.
Amazingly, this isn't the first time something like this has happened. Once, her name was added to my family's insurance policy for some reason. The only way to get her off was to put her on a "Not allowed EVER to drive one of our cars" list. She must have a similar SSN or address to me or something. Creepy. |

Empty school day. Not much really happened. Highlights include the Tommy Tune Noms goin on the call board and my OU Tech Letter too. After school I ordered my tux for my Proms. Not only am I going to Cinco's Prom but I'm going to my old high school's Prom as well. One of my best friends from there, Sarah Block, is taking me as her date. I IMed her 2 tell her that I got a silver vest for it and blah blah blah and she tells me that I'm in her Senior Memory book, I tell her that when I'm there I get to read my entry and she sent the word file of it.
Its...kinda strange. You have your own perspective and your used to knowing things from it. Reading the entry was like reading your friend's diary entry from 6 years ago. Things you'd forgotten or barely remembered snapped back to the front of your memory. Knowing what you did hurt someone once and you had no idea. It really is like being drowned in the past. But knowing what its like to look back to then from now also makes me think what will happen when we look back on the now.
Being the subject of a 7 page essay is weird. |
